Psychological Assessment and Therapy
At Resilient Minds Psychology we can help you recover and rebuild your psychological resilience in a safe and collaborative space.
When we experience a stressful life event or traumatic experience, our psychological resilience can become drained and we can become stuck in unhelpful patterns (ways of thinking, relating to others, unhealthy or risk-taking behaviours).
Therapy can help us develop a greater level of awareness into our unhelpful patterns and can help us start to build alternative ways of coping.
At Resilient Minds Psychology we prioritise compassion and work with you in a way that is responsive to your needs, at a pace that suits you.
Our treatment style is integrative, we prioritise Trauma Informed approaches and draw experience from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment theories, Schema Therapy and Good Lives Model. You can read more about Louisa’s experience and professional qualifications by visiting the “about Louisa” page.
Successful therapy is as much about the therapeutic relationship as it is the type of therapy used. It is really important you feel comfortable and able to talk openly and develop a trusting relationship. We therefore offer a free 20 minute consultation call to help you see if we are a good fit for your therapy journey. Contact Us to find out more and arrange a free consultation call.

We can also offer psychological assessments, which can be used to help to establish areas psychological need, including stand alone cognitive and ADHD assessments, in addition to bespoke therapy packages.
